When can I get my loan?

Loans are typically funded during office hours Monday to Saturday, however you can apply for a QuidMarket loan 24 hours a day on their website. Applicants will receive an instant provisional decision upon applying and a final decision on the next working day.

How do I repay my loan?

Loan repayments are taken from your bank account via Direct Debit on the agreed repayment date. This date will usually fall on your payday. Should a payment fail via Direct Debit they may attempt a collection from your debit card.

What happens if I can't pay my loan on time?

If you feel that you may not be able to meet a repayment, you should contact QuidMarket immediately and they will work with you to come to a suitable resolution. QuidMarket will not charge you any late payment fees however interest may continue to be added until a payment has been made of an amount that you have agreed to.
